Coravin is a premium product and as such we want you to have a premium experience from your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase or your purchase is faulty please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will endeavor to provide a solution via product exchange, credit or full refund.

What is your return policy?
WRB provides a 100% money back guarantee. It is very important to WRB that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions above and we will be in contact to arrange a credit, exchange or full refund.
Please note: Coravin Gas Capsules cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
How many days do I have to return a purchase?
Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full and complete refund (excluding original shipping cost).
What if my purchase becomes faulty after 30 days?
Your Coravin comes with a one (1) year manufactures warranty. Beyond one (1) year we encourage you to get in touch as per above and we will endeavour to provide a solution by way of discounted exchange or free replacement depending on the issue with your Coravin.
How do I return my purchase?
Once we receive your email we will send you a reply paid package for you to return your purchase free of charge
Are there any costs associated with me returning my product?
No. We do not charge restocking fees or any other fees for the return of your purchase regardless of the reason for return.
I just don't like my purchase, can I get a refund?
As per above Coravin is a premium product and most customers are very happy with the purchase. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your new Coravin please contact as per above and we will provide a full refund less any original shipping costs.

- All items sold on our site come with a one (1) year warranty on manufacturer faults only.
- There are no returns on gas capsules or needles
